I am 2 weeks out but still have pain getting out of bed or sitting on a chair, is that normal and how long can I expect it to last

im 19 days out and the pain and finally almost subsided it is still there if I do to much bending on the right side. I know if I do to much walking that the next day I need to take it easy.kinda of watch what you do one day and take it easy the next. see if that helps with the pain. hope it gets better. are you propping yourself up when you sleep?

It helps with gettin out of bed. Ur already near a sitting position.
