I can't sleep anymore. Pre-sleeve it wasn't this bad but now a days I sleep like 2 hours!

Any advice?

Why can't you sleep? Try taking Benadryl our zzzquil

Check with your surgeon about taking chewable melatonin. It's been a life saver for me!

Is it common for insomnia to get worse after surgery? If so, I'd better start preparing for this now.

My insomnia was bad before i was sleeved. I think its worse now cuz i can take my ambien and still don't sleep through the night. There's been a couple times when i wake up and can't fall back asleep so i take a melatonin. I don't have a problems falling asleep. Its staying asleep that i have problems with.

Staying asleep is also my problem. Nothing that I've tried--pretty much every prescription and over the counter remedy--seems to help. I seem to remember that I slept better when I worked out regularly, so maybe once I get back into that habit my sleep will improve [fingers crossed].
