Need Input...iiinnnputt..(Like Johnny 5)

I feel like I'm over doing it..I'm three weeks out and eating 800 calories..I don't know what to do..protien restricts..I'm suppose tonear 6 times daily..if each time meals are 150 and snacks are 100..that's 750..I had 850 today..I'm only 3 weeks out..I'm freaked..I'm eating tuna..fish..califlower string cheese..egg..I get restriction..today I ate 4 oz of tuna for lunch ..Atkins

Bar for breakfast.(snack).string cheese. Eas protien shake..(snack) 2 bites of veggies..2 bites tilapia.(dinner) 1/2 avacado and 2 oz. Egg beaters for dinner....ummmm am I going to lose this way?..In need of some advice or inspiration..thanks y'all!

Are you using MyFitnessPal or something like it to track your intake? Ate you walking and getting your Water in? Just curious.

Some people on here can handle bigger portions and higher calories right away. Others, not until later. It's a very personal thing. I think the biggest thing I've noticed for each person is whether or not they track everything they're taking in and whether they're getting exercise and fluids.
