Argh! Pain In Right Side--4 Weeks Out!

I have a pain in my right side that just appeared these past few days. It hurts when I move certain ways, which makes me believe it is muscle pain from overdoing my walking last week...

Has anyone had pain there--it is on my right side behind my ribs...
