Sugar Free Popsicles

Lol I would like to know if they count towards liquids and if I can only have some of 1. Same for the pudding. Mg hubby bought me some sweet freedom popsicles dipped in chocolate...ugh! Help bcuz I'm lost!

Didn't know they come dipped in chocolate. Sound yummy. Yes sugar free Popsicles count as liquids. They were on my list from my doc.

I was told not to have chocolate (caffeine) for 3 months. I can have as many sugar free Popsicles as I want.

I didn't eat the the chocolate but was scared to eat the whole thing even though it was small. I almost got sick earlier because of taking in too much Protein within an hour.
