Dehydration

On my way back to hospital 3rd time for dehydration. I can't keep anything down and very week. Sleeved October 16th. What am I doing wrong?

    Ibwould have them check me more ...like a swallow test or something to make sire you don't have a leak....that's just me because I'm paranoid person...good luck!
