lap band fees

:)I have been studying up on the lap band procedure. I am 51 years old and fairly healthy except for the weight. I am concerned because I am unable to get health insurance because of my weight. Hanging around 300 at 5 ft 6 Inches. I am looking for a reasonably priced lap band procedure. Found some in Mexico, but am wondering about fills. From what I've been reading they are very expensive. I live in northern Wisconsin. Looking for some insight.:faint:

Thanks for the info, I thought I wasn't doing something right here because of no responses. I go for a first seminar on Thursday up in Duluth. Is there any specific questions I should ask?

I had mine done in Monterrey with Dr. Sanchez and it was 8500.00 for everything and free fills for life but I get my fills done with Dr. Curry in Cinci and he charges 150.00 for fill. It is less than the diet programs I used monthly. good luck and hope all goes well for you, I couldn't be more pleased with my surgery experience.

I am scheduled with Dr. Huacuz in TJ for the band procedure. He quoted $6800. with 2 night stay over, transpo from and to the US border, and pre-op test.
