To Count Or Not To Count

do anyone count calories if you do how far out are you and how many do you get in? and what is your carb count if you count?

im almost 10 weeks and i get 800-900 a day carbs are 100 or less, but today i went over.

I use MyFitnessPal, and track every single thing that goes into my mouth. I highly recommend tracking what you consume....its the only way to be absolutely certain you know how much you're consuming. Measure everything, as well...many studies have shown that people almost always underestimate portion sizes when they "eyeball" amounts.
