November 20Th Sleevers

I'm scheduled for surgery on 11/20 at 7:30 am. Anyone else out there?

Have been on pre-op diet since 11/13 and feel great. Have lost 8.5 lbs so far with no cheating. Am feeling very excited about surgery. Can't believe it's only 48 hours away! How are you all doing?

    How are you doing now? As of this morning I'm down 12 pounds since surgery and 23 total (including pre-op).
