Anyone Having Surgery Soon And Sick With A Cold?

I'm scheduled to have surgery on Monday I have been battling a cold since last week. The doctor told me if the cold continue he would postpone surgery. Has anyone been in this situation before? I have come to far to have to wait any longer.

No...but can you down some Vitamin C ( BIG TIME ) and some OJ?? OJ, probably not as pre-op diet...but I would take LOTS of Vit C...good luck.

I was scheduled for Halloween and I had a slight cough. The anesthesiologist cancelled mines on the spot. Get better. Although u don't want to go in.sick before and still sick afterwards.
