I was nervous going to my surgeon today about having to step on the scale...I did and I started at 480, and today's grand total was 421 lbs WOOT!! :lol:B) This is so amazing to me, never in life have I lost this much at once!!

    don't compare your weight loss to others - we all lose at different rates- love those lbs you see going down on the scale - don't forget to monitor your measurements - they tell another great story

    continue this euphoria - awwww, what would i do without my dictionary and thesaurus :lol:
