How many calories do you eat at 7 weeks?

How many calories should I burn from what I eat? I would ask my nut but she is out till Dec 1st am I'm inpatient lmao. Ty all :)

    I have around 480-550 calories a day at 7 weeks.

    I'v been on solid Foods sense 4 weeks told eat what ever sits ok with me o.0 . I'm eating about 665/830 a day with work outs 7 days a week and foot steps are 8,000/10,000 a day.
