Sluggish 1 Month Out

I am one month out and feeling sluggish and tired. In the beginning I had tons of energy and now this slump. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm getting all my fluids and protein! Doing everything right. Exercising, vitamins, you name it. Is this normal? When will I feel good again?

Do you take B12?

It is one of the recommended supplements and I believe has to do with energy.

Be sure to get regular. At one month, I bet you are just starting to struggle with this. Everyone works through regularity issues and blockage leads to extreme energy drain. Exercise, drinking lots of water, and B12 supplements are also really helpful when dealing with energy issues. Finally, getting enough sleep will help.

I am taking my b12, I'm regular, and drinking plenty of fluids. I've heard some slivers experience this for awhile and then it gets better. I'm just wondering when the "better" part comes and how long this may last.

I am 5 weeks out and feel the same way! Glad to know its not just me!!!

Yes, it is definitely good to know that I'm not alone!

This is super normal. I'm 3 months out and still have sluggish days. At 1 month post op you're body is still using energy to heal. It gets better.
