So I had my sleeve done 3 days ago and I'm on the nothing but protein shake phase!! I can't stomach the sf jello... But the Popsicles I can!! I'm already looking forward to phase 2!! Day 8 where are you?? Can anyone tell me if this is normal to experience hunger pains this soon!!?

Also what are you consuming at this point? And then onto Phase 2!? I think I'm hungry!!! Help

I am on day 6 and going to the full liquid stage tomorrow. I am learning how my new tummy feels. I have had weird feelings, unsure if is it hunger or maybe a spasm, or even little cramping. I was told to be very careful of mental hunger !! Also I was told that my little tummy is swollen for up to six weeks, and still very very small like a straw .

I was feeling the same confusion as u I am now 6 days post op. I went on YouTube and Dr.Alvarez made a wonderful explanation as to what we are feeling and it made perfect sense. I would paste the link but I'm on my phone but yes I too felt hunger pain in the middle of the night I was freaked out had two sips of my shake and went back to bed LOL

So hilarious u said this my daughter was eating a bag today. We love to share and she shoved one in my mouth!!! I yelled and licked the chip then licked like 4 more lmao!!!!! She looked at me like I was insaane hhahaaha
