Pouch Test

Has anyone out there tried the 5 day pouch test? I'm really want and need to try this. The past 4-5 days have been awful I got frustrated with not losing and just said screw this which resulted in a 5 pound gain and I feel like S@#%!!! Tired and icky! Can anybody out there try this? Please help!!
