I am worried too! I had my surgery on 10-25 and have lost 17 pounds. The first week was 13 pounds and the second week only four. Part of me is okay with slow weight loss because it gives my skin time to bounce back, but at the same time I want the fast loss that it seems like everybody experiences. The slow weight loss makes me think that I might be heading for a stall. I am going to start going to the gym tomorrow as my doctor cleared me for most exercises and hopefully that will work!

I haven't had any kind of problems at all and am getting in about 500 calories on average a day. Sometimes I am scared that this is too many at this point, but 330 of those are Protein drinks.

On the other hand, 19 pounds in two weeks is pretty darn good! I just keep thinking that I would never have lost that kind of weight without this surgery.

Good luck and I hope that if you do stall, it is a short one!

I hope so too, I think our bodies are in shock snd trying to store everything it can to catch up!!!

I haven't had my sleeve yet, but I think you are doing great. I know it is hard not to compare to others, but we really shouldn't. As long as you are following procedure, it will keep coming off. Good luck.
