Abdominal Tenderness Pre-Op

So my surgery is Nov 6th, been on pre-op Protein diet since saturday, and woke up with a lot of abdominal tenderness. Just getting up and out of bed my abdomen feels like i just did a million sit ups, kinda have that after exercise burning sensation. its mostly along the lower rib cage, starts about 4 inches under my chest along the outside bone line, and continues to about belly button level. Just wondering if this is normal. I have no other side effects, but some serious tenderness there, again it feels like ive been doing crunches for days.

Anyway, just posting this on my way out to work, so i will admit i didn't have an opportunity to search it. just wondering if its something to be cautious of?

If it's on your right side, it could be gallstones.... In that case they will remove it during your surgery for the sleeve.... :)
