My doc said that I didnt have to do a pre op diet since I had already lost a few, but I had been trying to do one on my own... well, it aint working... every day is like a "last day" for me and I just been eating every and anything... U have lost quite a bit of weight already... dont stress over the pre-op diet, just continue what u been doing... and take all the bad things out the house.. I am cleaning out my kitchen TODAY!

You guys will be fine. I am so excited for the both of you.
