I USE to suffer with this' date=' I actually found a natural recipe that has worked for me. Mix a 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda with a 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar (Raw-unfilterd, I got from The Vitamin Shop). Let the fizz go down all the way and then all a 1/2 cup of Water and then drink. Sounds ridiculous...but it works for me. I got tired of going back and forth to my GYN (paying a co-fee) and the pharmacy (another co-pay) and the problem would return. I haven’t been back since! <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />[/quote']

Thanks I'll give this a try
