Hi! I got my band on Sept 27th - I live in Everett, WA - Dr Michaelson is my doc - so far so good. Just started soft food - went to Oktoberfest this weekend - I would have killed to at least lick the kraut & dogs! Looking for help and support - people tell me this is the hardest part - I hope so. Am I supposed to be dieting now or just worrying about getting enough calories? :help:
