Like Drs Coburn/Mumford, TLBC has also started a message board (accessible from their website: www.tlbc.ca).

They also have a "TLBC Buddy Program".

I just registered for the online support forum (msg board) so I haven't been able to use it yet...so am unable to provide a review on user friendliness etc. I'll know more once I have been accepted as a registrant.

Any other TLBC pers tried it out at all?

I haven't tried the TLBC msg board yet but Kathy was busy today with a "first Fill clinic". I had mine! First 5 cc but it was too tight and I was gasping for air and gurgling/burbing like crazy. I had Kathy take 1cc out. I scheduled my second fill for two weeks time. We'll see how this week goes.

I was there in the morning at the clinic for my first fill. She put in 5cc and I asked her to take 1cc out after a cup of Water got stuck in my gullet. I get my next fill October 31st.

No Luck at all Yoda. I have a difficult time phoning because I have no privacy during the daytime hours so I email.....I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks now to get an answer from Kathy about a fill appt for this coming Monday....I'm so anxious because I have to travel from out of town and its not easy to find the time when I can do this.

Finally....yesterday I emailed Nisrine....for a second time....typed in all caps and said "Please, answer me!"

Today I got an email from Nisrine and from Nancy (the fill nurse) that my appt is set for the date and time I requested.....not one word about Kathy. Unless they have a very good explanation I'm going to raise shit....because, $16,000 later I would expect a reply with a lot less agravation and in a timlier fashion.

Has anyone had any luck getting on the tlbc. message board? I haven't yet and i e-mailed Kathy 3or 4 days ago.

I haven't tried in over a week since I don't have my code # yet. I haven't heard back on it, either.
