Zone Protein Bars

Yum yum!! These bars are awesome! So happy to have found them at Costco! What a great way to get 14 grams of protein in!

They are tasty' date=' but check the carb count. What is it, about 24? Thats too much.[/quote']

It's 23. It's all I can find. What do u suggest

A lot of people like the Quest bars because they have more protein (20) and only 3 net carbs (due to the high fiber content). I personally have not tried them yet but I just bought a box from Amazon.

Is online the only way to get Quest bars?

Thank you.

Thanks Butterthebean! I am headed to GNC this afternoon to give these a try. Breakfast is my trouble meal....I just don't want it. Maybe these will help me get that protein in that I am lacking....I sure hope they don't taste like cardboard!

Celebrate has Protein bars with 16 gr protein and only 10 gr carbs (total carbs). Some have 1 gr more or less protein or carbs. I haven't tried them yet - just ordered a variety pack from their website last night. But I figure they are worth a try with the protein/carb ratio.

The website is www.celebratevitamins.com

GNC has quest bars. I am not crazy about them. I think I will try the celebrate bars. Thanks, Getting There.
