I Can't Stop Eating.

I'm supposed to be drinking Optifast but I just can't stand the way it tastes. My surgery is only 1 week away on 10/29. I just can't stop eating.

Can you eat lighter foods or switch your protein drinks? That might help. The diet is to shrink the liver to prevent any damage during the sleeve procedure. I'd talk to your nut to see what she recommends.

You're not alone, nusemaia! I have been snacking here and there myself. My surgery is scheduled for the 24th but I'm absolutely famished! My blood sugar is low too since I can't take my metformin so I crawled to the store for some popsicles and v8. I don't think that I'm supposed to have v8 but I really don't care. I need some energy!

I'm with you. This freaking SUCKS!!!!!
