Really though** :)

I EAT WHATEVER MY BODY ALLOWS. NOTHING BIG JUST COTTEGE CHZ CHZ GROUND meats EGG THATS IT. OH AND chicken MAKES ME SICK

IM 5 WEEKS

I was sleeved on 9/11/2012 and was recently allowed to eat solid foods. My NUT gave me the following menu. (nothing fried)

Breakfast: Light pita with either egg, sliced turkey, cheese or avacado.

Lunch: 1 Protein, 1 carb, 1 veg

Dinner: 1 protein, 1 veg

2 snacks: yogurt, fruit or light Jello

I was told that I could eat avacado all day long.

I have found that fish is much easier on my tummy than chicken but I can eat chicken.

I am so happy being able to start actually eat something!!!!

I am still on soft foods. I make my chicken in the crock pot and it is delicious. I also have cottage cheese, luncheon meats, all kinds of cheeses, eggs, chili, canned meats(tuna, chicken) and I absolutely love white fish and horseradish on anything I can put it with!!

susie did you go through kaiser? and how many calories per day you can have
