I am guessing this is for your pre op diet? Are you allowed shakes? Luckily my pre op diet was very short. I am one week post op and on liquids. It really isn't bad, I just need to keep myself busy. It is an adjustment but you can do it!

Thank you. Yeah it's a week long pre op diet. I can have shakes, milk, broth, v8, decaf coffee/tea, sf popsicles and jello. Having a hard time getting the protein in. Supposed to be 70-90g..first and second day i had 69g and yesterday i made it to 70g. Today i've only had 12g and just want to sleep.
