I started at 342. I lost 18 pounds on my 10 day pre-op diet, and had my surgery on 9/25., I am 5’8”. I went back to work on Monday – I manage a call center and my folks didn’t know I had the surgery

I am 5'2 and started at 345 before pre op diet where I lost 10 pounds. Surgery on the 10 of September and down to 311 now. I think I'm in a stall right now though since last week. The top pic

I was just curious if anyone else has started out around this weight and how many lbs you had lost before you could tell a big difference in your looks and how long it took? Like to even drop a size or two in clothes? Thanks!!
