Dr. Jesus Ortiz Anyone?

ALighterme is having a special right now with a Dr. Jesus Ortiz for $4500. Has anyone had surgery with him? Or know of anyone that has had surgery with him?

    I had my surgery last week on the 8th with Dr. Lopez and Dr. Ortiz,I belive assisted in my surgery. He was there when I woke up in post op, and came to the hotel 2 nights later to remove my drain tube. He was very nice and personable, also spoke fairly good english, other than that I have nothing to offer.
