yea....finally broke the stall - start of week 6 and down 15 pds and 15 inches. so that's 3 pds a week...which is fine with me. seems like when the initial swelling of my new stomach went down and i could hold about 1/2 cup at a time....it finally allowed me to get in 800-900 calories a day...and I guess my body needed that! of course, some day's I don't get in 800 cal a day - but i always get my Protein in and usually get 80-90% of my water/fluid intake. My doctor said to not worry about a specific amount of Fluid, but to notice the color of my urine...more clear = proper fluid
hope everyone is having a great day!
