Looking into buying a variety pack, have tried eas protein shakes and unjury and getting a bit tired... What's your favorite flavor and why?

Cappuccino. Mmmmmm. Because I like coffee-ish drinks.

My fav are strawberry mousse, cookies n cream and chocolate truffle. I did not care for any of the tropical-ish juice flavors they have. They did not blend well for some reason and I ended up with clumps and lumps when using the blender bottle.

my fave is strawberry kiwi. but one thing i learned is to mix one pack or scoop with 16oz water i was drinking it with just 8oz and was ill after drinking a friend pointed out how she drink half with more water and guess what it worked now i can drink it and not get nauseus.

I just got my order a few hours ago! I just made the chocolate truffle and it really suprised me! I dont care much for chocolate but placed the order while I was having cravings ) It taste like a light chocolate milk, similiar to ovaltine with out the weired fake sugar taste. SO pleasantly suprised! I gave my six year old a taste and he didnt want to give it back. nectar is by far the best tasting protien I have tried. I aslo got the peach shake, I will report back as soon as I try it

I also really like cookies and creme in addition to chocolate truffle. Had the same issue with clumps. I switched to the matrix brand and it mixes oh so well with the blender cup. Matrix tends to be about $ 10 more expensive then Nectar, but worth it. The technology behind Matrix has been perfected so protein does more for your body and also keeps you full longer( extended release). Try it out. You might become a convert like me.

how do you guys mix the cookies and cream with milk or water

I typically mix 1 scoop ( 35 grams) with 6-8 oz of water or milk and shake shake shake. Mini workout right there.

I use unsweetened almond milk!
