    My doctor "penciled" me in on the day I was hoping for, but until my ins.co. sent me my authorization letter, it was not definite. Once I rec'd. my approval code, I called my surgeon to confirm everything was in order. My DOS is in 2 days, 10/11/12-soooo ready and excited!
