5 Day Reset

Could someone tell me about the 5 day reset? I am 18 months since surgery and need to lose 60 more pounds. I am not losing for the past 4 months. I have lost 84 total. I'm afraid now of gaining. What is the reset?

    I think that it means you do the liquids that you did after surgery for 5 days to get restarted. I am not sure but i have seen other post about it.
