I asked my RD about the hair loss problem. She said it usually starts around 2 months and continues to about 9 months. She also said it usually comes in cycles as long as you are having significant weight loss. I have found this to be true for me.

Could someone tell me about the 5 day reset? I am 18 months since surgery and need to lose 60 more pounds. I am not losing for the past 4 months. I have lost 84 total. I'm afraid now of gaining. What is the reset?

I am 16 days post-op. I have lost 20 lbs since surgery and I lost 31 pre-op for a total of 51. My family tells me they can tell the difference but no one in the public has made a comment yet. Makes me wonder. I still wear the same size clothes for bottoms (they are loose) and a size smaller for tops. I'm dreading the stall too. When does it usually occur?<br>

I am so craving diet coke. If I take a few sips will it do any harm? I need to get past this craving!

What do you eat the egg salad with?.... since we don't eat bread.

Had my sleeve on Arp 27th. Stayed 2 nights before coming home. Only had 1 episode of vomiting (that was enough) d/t sips of broth. Could only handle cold food the first 2 days. Doing much better now. Had alot of pain but it was relieved with the meds my dr ordered. Going back Tues for my follow up. Hoping for a good weight loss then. Right now I'm just trying to figure out what and how much to eat and drink.

I'm scheduled for the 27th. We can be sleeve buddies too.

Glad you mentioned before pics. I haven't done that yet. I run from a camera! But I will get a few just so I can look back and remember where I've been and show others success!<br>

I will be going next week to meet with my surgeon to set the date for my sleeve. I have lost the pre-op weight and moving forward toward the procedure. My son will graduate at the end of May and I don't want surgery or post-op to interfere in any way. Do you think if I have my surgery the first of May I will be free and clear of any setbacks for the graduation? Need advice please.
