Weightloss History

Has anyone been denied for not having a weight history on file at doctors office? I've gone to the doctor but they didn't weigh me for 3 years straight. I only have a year on file of my weight and need 2 years per my insurance. I haven't been weighed anywhere else. So frustrated!!!!

    I also only had one year on file my insurance let me use pictures of myself for documentation of the other 2 years
