Today I can start eating oatmeal, cream of wheat and sweet potato and I am scared to death to eat.

Don't be , your sleeve is a tool and will let you know when you've had enough. Just remember to eat slow

Don't be afraid to eat. It's wonderful. Start slow and eat very small bites. I have a 19 month old so I use her baby spoons to eat with. It forces me to eat small amounts at a time. You might try getting some from your local dollar store to help you. Just an idea. Be prepared though, some textures and tastes that you used to like, you will find you do not like anymore.
