Lifted Too Much Weight

Sleeved 10/2.

While trying to comfort my 16mo old tonight, I adjusted him higher on my chest and felt my stomach pull. It's the first time I have felt any discomfort besides the incision sites.

How do I know if I damaged something internally? Has anyone else experienced this?

I am 8 months out and still feel a pull and general weakness from my abdomen area when I stress it. I can only do on the knees push ups because on the toes push ups hurt too much.

I felt the same while doing crunches and side obliques. Getting better every time. I was sleeved 9july12

Yes, it feels like a burning pull? That happening to me. Take it easy, don't jiggle your stomach. It'll heal!
