Calcium And Multivitamin

Ok, I need to figure this one out.

I switched from Bariatric Advantage Multivitamin to Celebrate multivitamin with Iron. I am still gagging / feeling sickvwhen taking Calcium and multivitamin with iron together.

I also take b12, b50, d, c, krill and energy formula( from gnc).

Am I taking too much of something at the same time?

You aren't supposed to take your calcium and Multi at the same time. Something about the calcium and iron blocking each others absorption I think.

The Celebrate chewables made me nauseus, too. It's the only time since surgery I almost got sick. I've switched to Wellesse Liquid vitamins.
