Omg Can I Make It Through This

Today is day 1 of pre op diet and I really want to eat something right now I am trying I really don't want to cheat but this is harder than I thought.

I'm on day 2 of my pre-op diet and it seems easier today then yesterday. For me it was my head saying I was hungry out of habit and drinking my meals made me feel like I wasn't really eating. Chewing the sugar free gum really helped and today I mixed my flavors of Protein and that seemed to help it feel more of a meal than not. Good luck to you' date=' you can do it! Thank you I'm trying today i think it's a mind thing as well for me I want to eat or at least chew something but I know I have to do it b/c the end results are what matter
