Starting To Eat Crap!

This is just a quick vent on myself..

I'm 4.5 months out, down 79 pounds that damn 1 pound is killing me :) But anyway within the last couple weeks i can eat more, i look at the plate and i think wow i ate all of that...please dont stretch tummy, stay small...

But even worse, i've started to snack :( a whole bag of funyuns over the weekend, the only good news is that back in the day i could have woofed that down in an hour...

I'm so mad at myself!!!! Why am i starting to do this? i just want to swear at myself....

Luckily i still havent had bread, or pop.. but the rest of the food sampleing i do isn't helping me i'm sure...

Stupid, stupid stupid!

That's all thanks, i needed to vent..

Don't worry I feel the same way. I started to snack more and have BREAD! What I do is I make sure I calculate every food intake and exercise. My exercise is so important to me now because when I exercise than having that piece of bread doesn't feel so bad
