Old Arthur(Ritis) Won't Get Me Down!

I walked a mile in 33 min and I'm darn proud of that!! :D Especially since I have arthritis in my lower back and right thigh.

Now for the 2 miler  . I'll get there slowly but surely.

No one can walk it for you, but we are all right there with you. Good job. Soon you'll be running 5K's.

Thank you :)

If 5k is about 3 miles then I'll be doing that on October 27. I walk for the Alzheimer's Association in memory of my mother who died in '06. I did it 4 years but was tired, winded, couldn't catch my breath. It will definitely be a different AND BRAND NEW me this time around. :P
