Gas-x, the ones that dissolve on your tongue could help. The other ting is lots and lots of walking. It helps displace the gas and get it out! At one day out, this is definitely very normal and often the most uncomfortable part of the entire process. Hang in there! It will get better! Oh, if you start getting shoulder pain from the gas, sometimes a hot water bottle on top will help.
