So my friend and I went through with the surgery only weeks from each other.
I was just sleeved on the 12th, so 6 days ago, and she was sleeved 3 weeks ago.
She texted me a trick she did, she had said in the first weeks of the post op, when she was cooking for her family, she'd put the food item in her mouth and chew it (say a buffalo wing) and get the taste all inside her mouth, chew chew chew, and then spit it out, so it wasn't consumed at all or swallowed.
What does everyone think of this?
Safe? Harmful?
