Sausage

Im almost 1 month post op, and I keep having ravings for sausage (breakfast, spicy, chicken etc.). I of course prefer pork sausage and I'm wondering when everyone was able to eat it... I feel like a nice sausage patty would be a perfect meal! Thanks :-)

I tried some of the Morningstar "sausage" patties, and then some regular sausage at around 5 weeks out. Everything that I've tried agrees with me, I just can't and don't eat as much of it.

My fave for taste and nutrients is Jimmy Dean already cooked turkey sausage links. I normally don't like anything made from ground turkey, but these are the best I have tasted and only take 20 seconds in the microwave. I have one every morning with Breakfast, The regular ones are good too, but of course they are more calorries.
