gnc total lean premade strawberry and vanilla.

carnation s-f chocolate pkts--use 2 in 1 cup skim or 1%.

yoplai greek 100 calorie yogurt is pretty darn good and fits the preop diet well.

I also found super low fat weight watcher cheese sticks--which are basically dehydreated skim milk...to work well

I am on pre-op right now and have tried a BUNCH of protein. I just found that I like the Gladiator protein powder from Smoothie King. It does not have the protein powder taste and it has 1 gram of carb for 45 grams of protein.

I cannot tolerate anything like the Slim Fasts so I was worried too... I got the Premier shakes from the Dr. office.. They were ok, no aftertaste, but kind of spendy... I ordered the Unjury powders from www.unjury.com... I tried one of the samples and it was AWESOME.. Not gritty, no aftertaste, not horribly sweet (I mix mine with 12 oz of 2% milk). They offer Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry.. The vanilla and strawberry are good.. I am not a fan of chocolate drinks period so I didn't even try it...

you can buy those premier shakes at costco. I really like the eas brand
