Hey Cinders! Good luck to you on your Pre-op diet and upcoming surgery! Are you on protein shakes or clear liquids?

Hi Holly, thanks :) I am on protein shakes & bars for 2 weeks. This is all happening really fast LOL! I made up my mind after a month of research andmade the call and bamm going in 2 weeks ! Yikes !

Yay, not Yikes! I am on day three of the pre-op diet and it is quite a change. I don't get surgery until Oct 1, but it is quite a journey to that point, even. Good luck, Cinders!

Yes, you are right , it is YAY! I am excited to get this journey started & am reading through as much of the forum as possible. Just want to gather as much info as possible.

Congrats! I know you will do well! I am beginning my 4th week post op. Although it is challenging, my only regret is that I did not do this sooner. Good luck to and I can't wait to hear about your success.
