How long ago was your surgery? Because I am 6 days out and still really gaseous- gas-x strips are a blessing and I have stomach cramps too but have had them before in my previous "life" so I know they too will pass. But how long have you had your symptoms?

I had a fever that went up to 104, left shoulder pain, stomach upset..like a bad case of the flu, fatigue, nausea. Sounds like you have alot of gas,,walk as much as you can. Run offs,,if you mean diarrhea..if you are early out and only on liquids this is probably the reason. If you fear something is wrong, call your dr.

Couldn't hurt to touch base with your doctor tomorrow. It also sounds a little like food poisoning too but call your doc just to make sure. I wish you the best!
