Pre-Op Stomach Grumblings

WOW! I am three days into my pre-op diet and my stomach is singing or screaming! This is rather uncomfortable. This is DEFINITELY NOT head hunger. I feel a little queazy and gassy also. Did anyone else experience this? Did anything help this feeling? Funny thing is, I am okay with not eating...however, I don't think my body is okay with it. argh! Some words of wisdom and support are greatly appreciated! ;o)

  • I found if I drank a protein drink it helped. Today I am clear liquids so nothing much helps at all. I no longer feel as hungry as I did at first.

This is my 5th day pre-op. I have been grumpy, dizzy, hungry(tummy grumbling) but today I feel better. I did take my multi-vitamin and B12 today as I was waiting for permission. I think the B12 helps
