Dammit Damn Food

Today was my fifth week and I can't even cheese Wtf it been week5 but I'm tummy still tight and I got full eating 3 pieces of cheese omg I also had heartburn ugh this is so exhausting

Plus I did DVD workout and pour of sweat

It happens to me all the time. I just don't let it bother me...give yourself about 30 minutes you may be able to eat a little more.

how fast did you eat you know you have to chew 30 times before youswollow

Are you on a PPI for acid? If not, maybe consider talking to your doctor about it.

Sometimes I can eat quite a bit, sometimes I get full with a couple bites, just how it goes.

I do have medicine for acid.but.I.believe I need.somthing.stronger so imma ask my doctor.about that
