Im also from AR I live in Heber Springs and I on a 6 mnth supervised diet so far im on mnth 2 wk1 almost wk2 monday today is friday I will be using Dr. Mark Gibbs in LR at Baptist Hospital in LR not NLR but LR maybe we can be friends and email each other some day or chatting on day.....anyways Im planning on haveing the sleeve done in June or Aug 3013 but not July thats ny vaca mnth and I dont know what I will be eatting or where right now last yr it was shrimp the whole time I was there but it was great from the gulf but I dont thing I can eat that this yr might not get to eat it for a very long time if I get to eat it at all......
