Day One Pre-Op 9 Day Diet

Well here goes! I start my 9 day pre-op diet today. Doc asked for 7 but I can do nine. Surgery is on the 10th in Mexico. I am a revision so I think I am prepared and ready for this new journey. I have found so much support here that is invaluable to me. I look forward to continuing posting here for ideas, suggestions and a good laugh now and then!!

    I started my 10 pre-op diet today , So far I do not feel hungry but I do have a headache .... otherwise I hope to stay on track. I am only allowed 3 protein shakes per day .... good luck to us all
