Pre Op Diet & Vitamins

Ok - so I believe I read a thread on here somewhere about taking your Vitamins at a separate time from your Calcium. SO, I chew my little 'tootsie roll' calcium in the morning then at night i take my chewable Multivitamin. For the last 4 days - my stomach has been pretty unhappy - my question is do you know if I need to take the calcium chew with food??

I'll try that tomorrow and see if that helps.....I sure hope so- as I think I have been to the restroom over 10 times today.....told me boss if I'm not at my desk...you know where I am....

I take my calcium with food (obviously before i start my actual preop diet) or when I am halfway through my protein shake and that has seemed to help with nausea...
